add a im chat? just an idea. so people can quickly decuss something with out all the emailing.

There already is a chat... not exactly im with a single person, but you can log in and chat with whomever is in the room....

Look up at the "toolbar" under the site logo and above the blue bar.

You can also create a side room for private chatting.

Or if you are both in the chat room, you can send them and IM there too.

Or you can look at someone's profile (or under their name) and see if they have any IM addresses made public and use those.
