Add Planet Eclipse to the Armory

As in the title. It would be nice to have an armory section for Planet Eclipse markers.

Umm, no. We have sections for AKA, Bob Long, Dangerous Power, Dye, Invert, Smart Parts, Tribals, and WDP. No reason not to add Eclipse.

Or we could remove those crap sections! AKA, Bob long, tribal, and WDP are legitimate because they have some old guns. Eclipse is too.

Well if we're lacking space I vote we broom the SP part of the Armory and change it to Eclipse
