PM'd you a few times last week and have posted here trying to get shipping/payment info for freak boring. If you're too busy and aren't accepting new work can you let me know?

Have 3 barrels I need bored. Two Autococker Dye one piece aluminum (which you have done in the past for me), and a dye UL back angel threaded. On the angel barrel the OD of the barrel back just before the threads is .8 , which leaves .030 wall thickness. Is that enough?

i've bored quite a few of new and old angel threaded barrels...
nobody has told me they had a problem....

i know i can bore it to a .03 wall, thats doable
it might not survive if you jump on it.... but i think regular use is probably safe

sounds good, I will make shure not to use my angel as a polevault.

the shop took my cnc lathe and put it back on the shop floor
they gave me this old beater cnc thats screen barely turns on, and then they setup a company job on it and left it in "permanent setup mode" so i technically "have a cnc lathe" but cant use it

Is there a particular Dye UL back ID that is best for boring? I would imagine that having more material once bored is ideal.
