Length of inserts?

I have a question. I just picked up a new Empire Trracer from my friend for $50. He had had it sitting around forever and was more interested in an AutoCocker frankenmarker he built. So I have got a little extra money for mods. I was originally going to just get a Hammer 7 but I got such a great deal I ha to pick it up. Right now I have got a stainless steel bolt I'm going to order from Lizard 13 and I was curious how long the inserts can be on the barrel? Just asking because I was looking into getting a Super Freak kit which I could use across multiple markers. I was going to get the techt ifit but I'd prefer the extra length of the super freak inserts.
