I'm looking into getting a couple of barrels bored out to about .700 for cold weather play. What does your boring process entail?

i think i've done 6 or 7 barrel barrels this week
have 3 1" diameter barrels and 3 angel A1 backs to bore out
they are all waiting for the same collet to free up from the shop floor (the shop is using it for a production job and i cant take it until they are done)

i have a bunch of other non barrel stuff i can do tomorrow too, if the stuff isnt ready

gonna be busy tomorrow

Can you add porting to a barrel (and freak bore it?) It's an old Sterling brass-lined aluminum tube.

I have a recently bored shaft 4 barrel by another air smith, it was bored a little too big, insert shifts and causes barrel breaks. is this something you could possibly work on? i can get the insert to stick like your bore work when the insert is wrapped with scotch tape twice. already tried nail polish but would like a better solution.
