I even have a couple of old barrels I would give you to do test runs on. These are older ones that I don't use, and wouldn't care if they got messed up.

If you want me to send you the old barrels let me know. Both are 98 threaded. 1 is a SP Progressive barrel, and the other is a stock 98 barrel. I don't even have a 98 threaded marker anymore.
once i get the tooling, it shouldnt be too hard to do
i have 40 barrels at the shop, i have lots i can test on

When you get the tooling please let us know how you get on with adding o-ring grooves. Even if you can't supply the o-rings to fit in there I'd still be interested in getting some barrels done. At the moment I've got a couple of old school cocker barrels and a Kaner that I'd like to have done for inserts and two o-ring grooves. I might have more if you can do Spyder barrels aswell.

its doubtful an oring will fit in most barrels.

quick math says .745+.06+.06= .865 inside diameter
so you'd want a barrel that is atleast .900 or .925 thick

i dont think it would work in a kaner, or a stock spyder barrel (too thin)

You can't do the one piece T2 barrels that use the breach inserts in the body?
Before you said you could unless you were thinking of a different barrel than I was talking about.
