Im sorry.. although its not happening to me, its pretty frustrating to see members on any paintball site get the shaft.

The seller posted a bit more then a month ago.. once..and the seller still hasnt gotten any product or answers..

only, I shipped it ,sorry..

again, people dont use tracking?
or even insurance? signature approval?

his money was taken, he was given a headache ..

Im not saying the seller is a bad guy, or a bad person .. just seems to have ****ty customer service..

All I'm saying is you sound more pissed than the buyer.

I've dealt with Ryan as have a ton of other people. If his CS sucked so bad I don't think he'd be as busy as he is.

Also, the buyer is in England and has an APO. My sister in law is in Germany and has an APO. I sent my nephew a christmas present two weeks before Thanksgiving. He got it a week before his birthday...in March.

And delivery confirmation only works on a package to an APO up until it hits Jersey. From there on out, it does not work.

I can confirm the APO system is atrocious. I've even witness packages arrive in different boxes than they shipped in. A handler saw "DVDs" on the declaration, helped himself to the contents, then cut out the addresses and postage and packing taped them to someone else's box thus screwing two people out of their shipment.

No reason to jump to conclusions, besides your only hearing one side of the story, the buyer. Not saying that he is right or wrong, just no need to jump to conclusions.

APO that bad?

I was in okinawa that was a FPO address and never had a single problem...ever....and i ordered thousands of dollars worth of computer parts on a regular basis

I never personally has an issue. Actually it was super fast as well. 3 days for a letter to go from my hands to the states, 5-7 from the states to me. It was the same with both of my APOs.

That said I saw lots of fraud and other shadyness the unforotunatly happened to my bros. I think it had a lot to do with how I had my family fill out the paperwork. Someone was definitely helping themselves to packages that they thought were valuable. I also saw lots of boxes that looked so rough that I doubt UPS/USPS could even compete with that level of destruction.

Not jumping to conclusions when its been over a month since this thread was made (even months before that the order was made)

And both the op and the seller agree there was a lack of communication.
There hasnt been any further update to by the seller..

Asked a while ago if tracking or insurance was given/used.. didnt get an answer either way on that..

flat out.. c.s isnt holding up what it said..
seller told buyer a bit more then a month ago he would expedite the order 24 hours from the point of his post.. and still nothing..

backed up for months with pms/emails isnt a real excuse for accepting someones money and not following through on product..

(and im not pissed,its hard to tell in txt but im voicing my opinion..as everyone in this thread is doing.)
