Not sure on the exact cost for rebarreling, as it is dependent on the barrel machining.

Basic costs:
Barrel machining - $45
Barrel stock by the inch - $1.50 per inch for .686 bore or $3.00 per inch for .678 bore
Soldering is Stuffy's domain, so I can not quote a price.

Porting is extra.

If you plan to use the .678 barrel, you will need a new bolt made. They run $45.

Since you don't like messing with brass, is there a way you can re-machine the brass parts in say aluminum?

That way I have a reason to buy a PGP, your body kits and get an anno?
