Unhappy T8.1 trouble. Not gassing up?

So I just bought a t8.1 used.
When I gassed it up for the first time it was leaking co2 i think from somewhere in the valve assembly. But other than that, it worked fine nso I took it apart, found some sand inside the assembly that I guess got in trough the velocity adjuster. Cleaned it all up , put it back together and it no longer leaks. But the first time I took it apart I noticed it stayed pressurized even after the mag was removed and it no longer does.

The trigger does nothing anymore when it's all back together and I'm not sure how much co2 is making it into the marker. I've tried with fresh 12 grams so I know it has a good supply of air but I can't figure out what's wrong.
What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone help me out? I've stripped it apart and reassembled it countless times and nothings changed.

Try backing off the relief valve. Does it leak? If so, then pressure is getting in and that means it's simply a trigger issue.

One of mine wouldn`t gas up out of the box. The velocity adjuster was all the way out.
Try turning it in untill you hear/feel it gas up.

Don`t hesitate to drop a line to Pete at Tiberius. He will set you up

Hurray! I got it working. I guess I didn't put the velocity screw in far enough when I was putting it back together.
Thanks guys.

Now my initial leak is still there though...
I know it leaks out of the nipple that goes into the mag because it stops completely if I push the mag in as far as it can go and hold it there. But when its only held in by the switch that's supposed to hold it in, it doesn't seal properly and it leaks. I don't remember if it leaks with both mags or if it really is the gun but I don't want to go through any more 12 grams if I can avoid it.

Anyone else had this problem? I tried backing out the nipple a little to maybe make it stick out farther but that didn't help much.

Is the magazine leaking even when not inserted into the gun or does it leak when inserted into the gun?

Sounds like an O ring. There are two to check. The first is under the nipple you loosened off.The other is in the new magasine valve. The best way to figure it out is to try the other mag.If it still leaks I would check the nipple seal and if it only leaks from the one mag check the mag valve.
