AGD patents in Tiberius stuff?

Im not sure how to research this question... i was wondering if Tiberius uses any AGD patents in their markers? Does AGD own the blow forward design? what would it take to get a "level 10" style bolt in a tiberius and stop the chops forever?

Thanks guys!

*thinking more about this a level 10 style setup wouldnt likely do much because of the speed the mags load at... might be useful for a t9 with a hopper...

I remember giving this some thought a while ago. I think I came to the conclusion that it wouldn't work, but I'll have to go look at the lvl10 .gif thingie again. Where did that go . . .

Another trick is that the level 10 system was designed with compressed air in mind, not 12 gram CO2.

i run my t8 & 9 on HPA anyhow... not that everyone does... the level 10 really only matters if there is a ball half loaded when firing... so because all teh T# & T#.1s are semi only and spring fed mags are uber fast im reconsidering my original thought... i AM curious though if Tiberius has to pay royalties on the design of teh T8&9s

I think I figured a way to maybe get a "level 10" effect out of a tib bolt . . . I'll edit this when I'm sure.

EDIT; If a blind hole is drilled some distance through the firing pin inside the Tib bold and a tiny pin hole were drilled to connect that, you could concievably accomplish this effect;

It's definitely possible, I started drawing a replacement bolt and power tube for my T9.1 from CAD files of the automag lvl 10 bolt, but the lvl 10 system is so so finicky, I think a bunch of trial and error would be required to make it work with the T8/T9

Definately. I think I need to go order some First strike bolt heads from Tiberius now and try it
