So I've been considering purchasing a T9.1 body, stock adapter and solid co2 stem in order to convert my pistol to rifle mode. Total cost would be about $120 which is way less cost and hassle vs selling my pistol and purchasing a T9.1.

So, before I do this am I missing anything here? I looked over the manual and I think these are the only parts I really need. Let me know if my plan is flawed before I waste my money.

Where are you planning on getting the parts from?

I priced them out at rockstartactical though I'm not committed to any particular vendor.

Ok, well if you order the body through rockstar you have to buy the rail, the hopper plate, and all of the accompanying screws seperately. Just a warning

Ah yes, the hopper plate. That would be quite an oversight. I guess I might as well buy the tac rail while I'm at it. I do have a players service kit but your right about the screws, I'd likely end up short.

So, here's the revised list:

T9.1 body $69.95
stock adapter $39.95
Upper tac rail $14.95
screw kit $10.95
Hopper feed cover $4.49
Solid CO2 stem $3.95

Am I missing anything else?

Barrel shroud? Not necessary but not sure if that's what you wanted

what about the actual stock? You have the adapter listed, but you would have to buy a stock to go with it. Or do you just want a pistol with a full body and a top rail?

I'd be using a tank on the rear ASA as a stock. Frankly I'd be happy to mount the tank adaptor to my existing T8.1 but it doesn't seem feasible.

ah. Ok, that makes sense.

You can't attach the stock adapter to the T8.1 because the T8.1 only has 2 points of connection, whereas the T9.1 has 4

isn't that why he said he was getting a 9.1 body?
