| The Millrat Join Date: Feb 2007 | A Matching Set (Updated with another compensator)
Here's my Thanksgiving morning work so far... They're coming along nicely but I'm not completely set on the front face design yet so let me know what you all think. I'll also be machining in a horizontal slit along the beveled face on the sides and cutting the small grooves on the top to make it match the T8.1 body. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Another day, another pile of chips... The hard part is done and the compensators seem to fit perfectly after alittle recutting, I've been refining the design as I go to get a base model from which I'll make all other ones from and it seems to be almost perfect. So now all that remains is cutting the face and slotting the beveled sides and top and they'll be thrown into the BST section for you tiberius savages, haha. Also, larger size of these compensators seems to really balance the T8.1 out very well for me atleast. ![]()
