CO2 Valve Housing/Carrier in T4 Magazine

I have two Tiberius T4, and they came with different CO2 valve housing/carrier. The magazine on the left side uses a CO2 carrier similar to your typical stock class pump guns. The magazine on the right side is much different. It is a sealed canister that holds the CO2.

Were there different generation of CO2 valve housing/carriers, or is one of them an aftermarket CO2 valve housing/carrier?

The one on the left is the first type that came with the T4 mags.
The one on the right is a newer revised Co2 chamber, basically just has the threaded tap, makes it easier to pierce and doesn't leak.

The new 14 round mags have a double 12 gram holder.
