C3 problems...

Ok, I have in my possession (temporarily) a Tippmann C3 pump. I can't get it to friggin' fire. Damned thing just fills my house with propane and I have to open the windows... and it is cold outside.

HELP!?

Check the banjo fitt.'s and the micro line. Make shure the tank is screwed all the way in. And be carefull if you are not comfortable with it send it to tippmann. Remember propane is cold so try and hear or feel where the leak is coming from.

Hahaa... Speaking of ignition, the thing shocked me!! It was... shocking...

Their "Priming" method is a load of crap and doesn't work worth a crap.

It took me about an hour to get one primed. Make sure to follow the directions and eventually you'll get there.

WHOA sparking that is what mine was doing I just sent it in to tippmann and they fixed it. I dont know what it was yet but it was either my ignition module pinched my wire or my board was messed up. It could be that your spark plug is out of place also.

Chem a hour... man it took me about 30 sec's, but I read the directions the night before for over a hour to make sure I knew the gun inside and out.

One thing tippmann did not do was make the C-3 big enough inside the frame for the wires because that is probaly the biggest issue with it, and roll outs.

If you still cant get it to work try switching propane tanks or changing your batteries. i have one and i used a 16.4 oz colman propane tank on it and i could not get it to fire but i switched to a new tank and it worked fine. Also you mentioned that it was cold, alot of people are having problems fireing their gun under 40 degrees. i cant get mine to fire under 30 degrees.
