TPX air leak

I've been having a problem with my tpx for the last few weeks, it's leaking air from the regulator. I've tried several things to fix it, including replacing all the o-rings, and adjusting the relief valve but had no success. If I take apart the gun, clean out the reg and put it back together it does not leak when i pierce the co2, and i can take several shots no problem, the problem is as soon as i try to adjust the velocity it will start leaking again, and the only way to get it to stop is to take it all apart over again.
I'm at the point where I'm planning to borrow a friends tpx, toss my reg into his just to confirm that is the problem I'm having and ordering a replacement. Has anyone else run into a similar problem that might know of a fix for this?

Sounds like you've worked on it pretty hard, I think it's time to give them a call.
