New to me Pro-Lite

Hey guys, k so I won a very very clean pro-lite on ebay and it works great but I noticed that the rear bolt had a chip at the top. It's right in front of the o-ring. Will the bolt need to be replaced? Also I noticed that the arm that connects the rear bolt to the front bolt will drop down in front of the rear bolt which makes sense now why I have the chip in the rear bolt. So what causes this and is there supposed to be something to prevent that from happening? Thanks for any help!

The rod should be held in place by the site on the siterail. If the site is in place and the rod is still popping out of the hole in the hammer then the rod might need to be straightened or replaced.
The chip in the hammer probably wont cause much greif as long as it isn't gouging anything.

Ahh well, I don't seem to have a rear sight on the sight rail. Thank you for pointing that out. I was just looking closer at the rail and it seems to have several circle marks on the top of the rail. Looked like some one was messing a round with some sort of adjustment. Figured it was some type of scope or maybe a rear sight that you were talking about. I'll look a round for pics of a pro-lite with the rear sight. Maybe I can figure something out.Thank you very much.

The circle marks are probably from the grub screw that locks the rear sight down. MrBig should have a whole bunch of the sights and grub screws.
