tippmann carbine front shroud

i was wondering if the tippmann pro-lite front shroud fits exactly on the pro carbine over the feed hole...i want to cut the pro-lite shroud so i can use more barrels to fit on the procarbine marker without hacking the original procarbine shroud....any suggestions? thank you, thegrayghost

I always thought there were the same...
I hacked away at a rental pro-lite's shroud/hopper adapter thing with a wood drill bit, just kind of pressing against the sides just enough so that (I just realized I have no idea what my barrel is called...)
my newest 14" barrel could squeeze into it. I never would think of using the stock barrel, so it kind of solved my problem, but I have no idea if this would solve yours.

So, here ya go.

i use an adjustable reamer. i can fit a freak barrel on my pro-lite. and yes the fore grips are interchangable. the only difference i have found it matters is with a vertical adapter.

i worked on the original Procarbine shroud with a rounded file and worked the inner diameter circles down, front and back...now i can fit a freak kit thru the shroud....
