These would improve the overall appeal of the TPX

LOL...i love this linear non-clamshell design. Any possible integration of a slider trigger?

Would there be an easy way to make a switch (perhaps attached to the safety) so that when a mag is in the marker, the feed spring doesn't get released until you want it to? I used mine as a sidearm to a dedicated FS marker and I didn't really like that halfway through the day I'd finally need to use the TPX and the balls had been under pressure the whole time. Either that, or I'd slide the mag in most of the way but only pop it home when I actually needed to use the marker.

Just spitballing.

Standard dovetailing for front and rear sites?

That way we can buy/acquire aftermarket sights and just put them on.

The 7 rd mags do this, they have a notch half way along so you can put hem in the mag well and they stay, but are not loaded, when you want to shoot just slap it home and go.

Sorry I have super busy trying to pack to move on Monday. I do not have a price quote or anywhere near one right now. Until its finished and tested I wouldn't feel right giving a quote. But as soon as I know you will know. The slide trigger would add so many complications and cost, but we will see what can be worked out. The dovetail mounts can be done I don't see an issue with those at all. I will try to pop in here as much as I can but for the next week or so between work and moving I'm going to get a little busy. I will resume full steam on next Friday when I'm all settled.

I can't speak for anyone else, but here's what I'm looking for in this project:

1. A smaller, thinner aluminum frame - ability to use 1911 grips is a bonus to me.
2. A quicker CO2 changer - lever would be ideal but not required.
3. The option to add my own sites.

And that's it. Anything that adds complications and cost to that subtracts from it's appeal.
