98 Custom Pro ASA Issues

So I decided to change out the asa on my 98 Custom Pro, and I discovered that for some reason Tippmann decided to make the entire bottomline setup non-standard. So basically I can't replace my airline because it has a custom hookup to the valve, and a custom hookup to the asa that doesn't work with standard asa's. Yay for them making stuff difficult. So anyways, is there any adapter out there or some way to get around this and use another asa?

You're talking about the one with the square Nut held in the body, correct?
Even if it isn't solutions are most likely :

-Get a different valve with the 1/8" NPT, Your ASA of choice, and either macro fittings or hard line with 1/8" NPT ends

- Find a Braided hose with 1/8" NPT end and the other the Tippmann proprietary
( I'm pretty sure they made these at one point )

- Find out Exactly what threading It is and just find an adapter or They may make Hardline ends like this.

Your best bet is probably the first

When did Tippmann move away from 1/8npt?

That's sad - standard parts (and being build like a rock) always set them apart from Kingman.

I think I'm just going to make a makeshift rail and move the asa forward. I think I can get 3-4 inches before the tank hits the frame, probably more if I put some bends in it.

There are adapters you can buy. The new line kinda sucks but, it takes away the need for the valve screws in the right side of the gun. I had to buy the parts I needed from Tippmannparts.com
