I'm pretty sure I snagged it within the first 15 minutes or so it was up, I'm glad I did as I didn't even know what it was when I first saw it and almost passed it by.

It is working now, I have it adjusted so both the semi and full-auto work reliably and chug along nicely. However I am at the extreme range of adjustment to do it, so I imagine if I loose any small amount of fluid it will stop working properly.

Believe Bacci got a few springs in recently from a post of his on FB,maybe you could mod a tape measure spring too
I'll have to take a look, my little bend piece is holding up so far, I emptied the cyclone full of paint in full auto and it worked pretty nicely. If it does fail, whatever I do I will make sure it can be completely undone, and not modify the marker itself at all.

The front bolt looks darn near brand-new once I removed the crusted paint, and the valve only has slight scoring along the bottom edge. I wonder if the hopper broke a long while back and the whole thing was just set aside.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I should get for a barrel? I am planning on getting a shroud as well, so I'll need to make sure it fits through the shroud. If the stock barrel is actually worth using I'll grab one from Bacci, otherwise I'm open to suggestions.

I imagine these have Pro-lite/Carbine/A-5 threads? You can pretty much pick your favorite barrel and it is probably available for this gun. My Carbine came with a period-appropriate Smart Parts spiral ported barrel that I like.

Yeah, I use an old stainless A-5 barrel.

Thanks! I almost bought a Deadlywind for it, but decided to go the more frugal route. The Tac-Cap almost managed to stay shut most of the time I was firing too, going to put some holes it in see if that helps. When the marker jammed the tac cap blew clean off and down my driveway.

Speaking of jamming, I made souffle!

So it looks like a proper cleaning requires a complete teardown, or is there some trick to cleaning these bodies once paint is smashed around the power tube?

If it's during a game I usually just take the feed and barrel off and wipe it down. Afterwards I take it apart to get it completely clean. I haven't really found a better way.

And that is the reason I converted mine to use a q-loader. I was getting too much soup with the stock winder feed.

I'm considering that now too, I'll keep messing around with it as is and smashing paint for awhile though.

I'm definitely losing hydraulic fluid, so I'll be opening and filling that assembly. It is both a bummer and awesome at the same time, how many paintball markers need their hydraulics serviced
