One observation I found was the expotential wear of moving parts; ratchets, bolts, etc. At the reduced speed of THe Vulcan, I would go through a ratchet every 4-6 cases of paint.

Mr. Powers and Dev D wore through ratchets in 2-4 cases and bolts in 3-5 cases.

Consistant output pressure at or above 800 psi is needed also.

Finsec, when you say you wore through bolts - do you mean the rear bolt/hammer, or the front bolt?

Most of it is on UMS, except the small mod i did to the cyclone to allow it cycle faster.

Finsec is, in this case reffering to the rear bolts. I have gone through way too many.

I believe he did change the front one out now and then though.
