Oh.. You've got one of those plastic clips right there in the top picture.. Cool.

That just bolts into the gun with a hex screw, and then the clips slide into that.

And raw aluminum is all I've ever seen. The photo had them black, but I've never seen a black one. I have some with Camo Tape on them, but that's about it.

It's looking like the best shot for useable gun now is converting it to .50, since the .55 is out of production and getting Xtra to make .62 seems to have fallen apart.

You could try to get CCM to make you up some of those plastic bullets if you want to shoot it around the house maybe?

Sorta, there was a guy who did conversions to .55 caliber (not really a kit), however he sold the business on eBay and the person(s) who bought it stopped doing them.

Moot point, since .55 paint is out of production now, so unless you want to hoard the remaining stock, you'll just be changing from one obsolete paint size to another.

As I said, best option is to convert down to (ballistically inferior) .50 caliber, since blowgun paint is readily available in that size. The paint does suck though, and is not very good at 300fps. People have tried .68 conversions but it's a lot of work and there is significant cutting of marker metal to be done.
