Strange E-grip???

Just purchased a used 98c with an egrip. Made sure the marker fired and then I took the whole thing apart. When I got to the e-grips board I noticed that instead of a small button and l.e.d. there were two different potentiometers (small dials). After fooling around with the top pot. I found that you can dial in semi, burst, ramp, and auto.

What kind of board is this? And what is the bottom dial for???

orignal tippmann board, bottom dial is bps i think is capped at 15
