| MCB Member | How are A5's with liquid CO2? I know some older tippmans could drink the stuff all day, but what about the A5? I say this because I'm going to run an A5RT with a 3.50z directly in the vertical asa. Liquid will happen. Will it hurt her? Thanks!

| I ran mine like that for a good while without any problems. I have always run my A5's on Straight CO2 for a long time without any issues. I had an A5RT w/ a 3 oz tank and it ran beautifully except for not being that efficient. I'm sure someone will chime in with some more technical information but I've never had any issues.

| Spread The Virus | It'll work on liquid but,the Cyclone feed and the R/T wont function correctly if at all on liquid

| www.yankeepaintball.com | I tried mine on a bottom line with a 20oz tank. It didn't take long for snow and clouds to start shooting out of the barrel and cyclone feeder as well as back blow from the bolt into the feeder. I didn't play the game like that I just put it on remote. Tug

| I'd think with the tank in the vert position you'd get very little to no liquid. Am I wrong?

| An expansion chamber will not increase efficiency, but anyways. About making a Tippmann efficient, it is very hard because they are pretty crude about how they move air around. Just the way the gun operates is a very inefficient way to do it. To squeeze the most efficiency out of it would require a regulator and a rear velocity adjuster. The front velocity adjuster is a very inefficient and inconsistent way to regulate velocity, so eliminating the need for this will up your efficiency and consistency greatly. And you should be fine running your 3.5 oz tank like that, it wont hurt her at all. |

| Yes it can. I've seen it on procarbs. A couple buddies had stock p/c's, and they put x-chambers on and there shot count on a 20oz went up about 100 shots. While x-chambers don't keep liquid out completely, they do make it alot harder to accidently flood the valve. Tippmanns on liquid are horribly inefficient, so even a few accidental hot shots from a flooded valve can kill your overall shot count. An x-chamber is enough to keep that from happening. Now, you can get the same effect from an anti-siphon tank. But they don't make a nifty foregrip
