| Active Member Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: North Carolina | Tippmann X7 I got mine yesterday. Here's a few pictures for you guys: ![]() X7 disassembled ![]() X7 shroud off ![]() Complete X7 cyclone system on an A-5, and A-5 cyclone on the X7 ![]() Side by side comparison of the A-5 and X7 hoppers My first intial impression, is that it feels cheap. After toying/shooting it some, my mind changed. It feels good, but I have two major complaints. As the ball count lowers in the hopper, the cyclone starts to skip. Not because of the cyclone itself, but because the hopper allows balls to just hang out. I had around 10 balls that didn't seem to want to fall into the cyclone. My other complaint is the magazine. It feels cheap but is pretty durable. However though, bumping the mag causes it to release and fall out........ not woodsball friendly at all. I have a Questions & Answers thread at the A-5 Operators forum: http://www.a5og.net/tippmann-x7/2226...html#post22734 One last thing, It's alot more accurate stock than my A-5 ever was.....
