Here is one of the reasons I am not producing a lot of the clear handles.



They take over twice as long to machine as the delrin ones plus you have to watch it the whole time to make sure the flutes of the drill dont clog or else you get the above pic. Also the delrin ones need no coolant during the machining process the clear acrylic once need sprayed after every peck.

Hi, new guy here. It seems as if there is room for another idea. Would be cool to see you integrate the ram into the pump handle. Wish i was a member in the beginning of this process to make the suggestion. It would be the same process as you have now. But now there will be no hoses. If done right, even an accidental assisted return. That combined with a/t would be sick. Just a thought
