Not a problem I do not think I mentioned it before that. Actually that is a reduced time from this first prototype. This first one took maybe 50 hours but I know that I will get faster the more I do that is why I am guessing maybe 20 hours once I have all my fixtures well established and I know the most efficient way to make each part. Questions are welcome keep em' coming

Oh and if I came off as stand-off ish I did not mean to sorry about that.

kinda necro'ing my own thread here but why make a new one right.

you will notice their is no back block I forgot to send it so I sent it up about a week ago and hope to have it all back and working by the end of the month.

and also I have been working on another "top secret" project when I don't have any barrels to bore.

I actually did not have any barrels to do this week end so I was able to put about 17 hours on these this week end.

That marker is so nice.

Is the back block more in the orange color or the pewter-ish color?

Care to explain more about what sort of pump handle that is?

I dont know about the color I left it up to the annodizer (tonsixers) to come up the color and pattern and they knocked it out of the park.

All the pump handles shown are my latest revision pump handles the last revision had a 1/4" stroke designed into them these I have re designed the stroke down to 1/8". The lpr/main guide rod/3 way core has been changed to brass because while the steel one is stronger their is a problem with rust, and due to the design I need to solder in a component and 303SS will not take solder so brass it is. As a side effect it does look pretty dang sweet. The clear handle is just a demo model being acrylic and not Polycarbinate it has a tendency to crack from the stress caused by machining so while it looks good and shows how everything works I would not want to use it for fear of it cracking while on the field. Oh and when these are done 3 maybe 4 will be for sale.

Very nice. Also, props to figuring out what the issues were.

I got some brass lathe work rendering right now so maybe tomorrow I will upload it. The only bad part is you can watch my R7 slowly die in the video quality. This is the 3rd R7 that I have gone thru and lets just say I am less than impressed I will be looking for a new camera soon.
