UV_HALO if you were in our area, it would be great to have you come play with us.

I truly wouldn't put pump guys i know as "out-gunned" by any player. The dudes will sit totally calm behind a bunker while it is getting blasted, then just snap the dude out one shot like it was takin a sip of tea on a summer day. It is crazy the way some of those stock players operate. When thinking of sniper class, it scares me. lol. It would be great to have some more teams come out and play... I hear we may be getting one in Nebraska, anyone wanna come?
Thanks for the kind words!

its alot of fun and its run by jerry braun, who started the PSP, and had the first ever world cup at PSI in ny, used to be Survival games. The 2010 woodsball world cup was played on the SAME fields they used in the early 90s for the NPPL 10 man. the history runs rich through the whole place. and the mech only markers is deff a plus. we played against some REAL tough competition too, the original NYX, or more commonly referred to as Ground Zero. as well as many other veteran teams. they will be holding the UWL NY next year on the same field.

No offense taken at all. Just some friendly chat. I have been playing paintball for 10+ years and wanted te let everyone know about the best play i have expereinced, and that is hands down in the UWL. I would encourage you guys to check it out IN PERSON. The rules may seem weird and confusing, but go to an event and watch. Heck show up and bring your junk, there are always teams looking for more people.

In The Skills National tournament, our 10 man team used... 16 cases of paint or something of the like. I am guessing that will go up A LITTLE next year with being open, but we will see. Anyone Played in UWL already and have some insights to share?

UWL= The Shizz. I have had a blast competing in these the past 2 years. Hoping that we can make Chi town next year.

Youre going to have to budget for 20 minimum. We keep an oops fund for 10 more cases which we used at all 3 events last season.

yea we had that too at the WWC, we got an RPS sponsor for 20 cases figured that would be plenty, we were wrong. we took second with 32 cases, first place team shot almost 50 cases.

MWB shot an average of 12-15 cases per event... Granted we were a skills team, but we played the heavy shooting teams when we played OPEN division teams... less cases can be done, but it may require change in style of play. But to do well, keep your style and make it better, just save now for paint. lol

Random question: If you are a sniper abiding by their sub-20 round rifle rule, can you still have a sidearm? Not like it's that big of a deal, but I'm just curious how that would play out.

On the forums he said that you can carry as many sniper legal weapons as you want. So yes.
