I do have more info. I asked Lori about the franchise teams and what she said is that in the past they refund the entry fee minus the per event discount for the teams that win their division and qualify for the free entry. Also, something that Anthony discussed that I love is having a year end banquet for NEPL participating teams with Jackets for either teams that win the season or the B.O.N.E. event, as well as recognition and trophies for both good sportsmanship and most improved teams. These are the thing s that we should be encouraging. The last part (banquet, jackets, et al..) are not set in stone, but are something he wants to do.
