707 valve type?

On VR it lists it as having a Nelson-type valve. I thought these had Crossman-type valves?

It's a Crosman valve, but branded Nelson. That's probably where the confusion came about.

They're Crosman technically, but semi unique with the bolt being completely separate from the hammer. Bolt cocks via a bolt handle (on the right side, ala a RH bolt-action rifle), but all it does is allow you to rock-right to load a ball. The hammer is cocked by pulling a button/plunger on the back cap, almost like the opposite of a Splatty.

The 007 Nelson is Daisy-based
The 707 Nelson is Crosman-based

"Nelson" is probobly not the best term, but since they stopped making 707's long before paintball, its probobly a moot point.

Yeah I figured it was nothing remotely important, but it says 'Valve type- Nelson', which is incorrect.

Actually, the old Crosman pistols had independent cocking and loading. I have a 1377 with the pull-to-cock plunger that operates separately from the bolt. They changed that in recent years with the new bolt action system.

So you have to make two separate movements in order to shoot the gun? One for loading the air and another for the ball? Is there any video available?

Actually, 'Nelson Valve' is misleading also. The valve commonly called a 'Nelson' valve is in reality a 'Daisy' valve.
It's called a 'Nelson' as Charlie Nelson requested Daisy airguns to design a gun which would launch his pigment-filled-gelatenous-sphereoids, which was the Nelspot, and contained the valve train commonly called "Nelson".
