Is anyone still updating the site?

I submitted several pictures 6 months ago and none of them have been uploaded. Same goes for a lot of the pictures in this forum. Is the site in need of webmasters/editors? I'm not volunteering, but I would like to see the museum continue to grow.

Well, I've been busy honestly, and haven't had a chance too...

Maybe I'll have some free time in the next week or two and get them all up. I thought I got most of the stuff up that was posted here, but must have missed some.

Yes, we need people willing to update the site. there are a few that help and assist and any paid member on MCB has all the passwords to update that site.

But time is in short supply as even you stated yourself you don't have time to help update.

I'll see what we can do, but as long as the photos are here, we can eventually get them there. So thank you for the help!

I emailed through the VintageRex link offering to help in the Tippmann area about 6 months ago.
I also was trying to donate an SMG60 but ended up selling it 2 days ago. lol

I should have checked to see if the email link was valid. Sorry Carter.

If you need any help with anything on there let me know.
I offered Tippmann because that is what interests me most.

It's asking me for the curator FTP password when I visit that page. Seems the image isn't public. You probably need to get the admin (Carter?) to fix it.

I think I fixed it. (used a url that had Curator@vintagerex in it) swapped it for another.

Still asking me for the password, unfortunately.

I've uploaded a bunch of stuff. If you want to send me pics or info directly I"ll see that it gets up for you. I'm more than willing to work on Vintage and have the time.

Ah, I see the problem... Actually, I see two. The pictures for other guns are in vintagerex.com/pics/gunpics/manufacturer/gun/gun.jpg

The ICE Epic picture is located in ftp://vintagerex.com/gunpics/ICE - Insight Component Engineering/Epic/gallery/Epic_1.jpg which appears to be an FTP-access only folder. Also, the image' URL uses the FTP protocol instead of HTTP! That's why it's asking me for the FTP password when I visit that page, my browser tries to access an FTP-only file using the FTP protocol.

The file should be moved to vintagerex.com/pics/gunpics/ICE%20-%20Insight%20Component%20Engineering/Epic/Epic_1.jpg (add /pics and remove /gallery) and the url of the img tag on the ICE Epic page changed to http://vintagerex.com/pics/gunpics/ICE - Insight Component Engineering/Epic/Epic_1.jpg.
