Reverse 12g CO2 adapter

This came with a PMI LB I purchased 5 years ago. I have used it several times etc and has been sitting on my wall for a year now. Ty Mcneer was poking around my shop and this caught his eye. According to him it seems to be pretty rare and suggested I post it here.

On the side that screws into asa it is stamped "NGS CV1"

Can anyone identify orgin?

Yep that's a pretty interesting changer. Do you have to slam the knob with your hand to pierce, or does twisting it through the grooves tighten it down enough to puncture?

You have to smack it, and then the chamber pressurizes.

The brass chain comes in handy, but no worries about a 12g rocket

Anyone have any info on this? Ty and I came up with nothing on our searches thus far.

I've seen one of these before! I forgot where though, and I can't for the life of me remember the name

Thanks, Most of the Mystery has been solved.
Now I have an urge to find a savage to match my 12g changer
