The Lapco adapters work well,the only issue I'd ever had was they are fairly tight bore (Was only an issue for me years ago) and they don't always fit every barrel out there...especially nickle plated ones

Its the tight bore i dont care for. Ive already got a few guns that i cant play with all the time due to tight bores. Those miltec ones are cheap but arent ported. Seems like it would be close to the stock barrel for performance.
