Nothing any one could do is something that I did not already try.

I have 4 VMs to swap parts around with, and even tried new orings.

Well, I got one more thing for you to try. I got this from a thread buried somewhere here on MCB. I have tried this on a few spyders and F4 Illustrators with success. Wrap dental floss around the hammer oring land. Then put the oring back on and tuck the excess floss under the oring. It helps build up the thickness just a bit. Try varying amounts of floss. I also tried larger and smaller orings, new viton orings, etc. The floss actually worked. I had tried different triggers/sears and different hammers. The floss has yet to come undone, deteriorate, or the like. It doesn't seem to be affected by gold cup oil either.

get ahold of me if you want to sell your VMX. I have a VMX I picked up off of ebay a few years ago, that I would like to get a bottom line setup on much like what that one has on it.

The irony in all of this....

I picked up a few of the scrapper VMX bodies.... first one I tried same issues.

Yay.... One may end up a pump actually.

Oh and who ever said liquid co2.. yeah it just made for a "smokier" fully auto.

Did you try putting a silly amount of oil into the ASA (not 4-5 drops, but like a small rivers amount)? Have you tried putting the valve to the highest setting?
