| Ok, I'm refurbishing my old VM. Foolishly, I take it down to the basics. When I opened up the trigger assemby and heard lots of springing noises and bits of metal hitting everywhere, I thought, "This could be trouble." Now, 3 1/2 hours later, I'm still trying to reassemble the trigger. I keep getting hung up on the trigger spring and the second sear pin. I can't get the ******** thing to catch. I think I've launched that trigger spring for the umpteenth time and now I can't find it. Any suggestions? Oh yes, and I have come to believe the trigger assembly was designed by a chimp with a spring fetish . . . Joe |

| Sacrifice a Talon to the VM, fast for three days, and then take another stab at it.... The first VM that I bought kept "locking up" after 1 shot. Long story short, I figured out the side panels hold in a pin that keep the main sear from jumping up, unhooking the secondary sear, and locking the bolt. I'm afraid it's been a while since I've taken mine apart, so I don't remember all the details...I'll post again if'n I remember, or go take one apart to see.... Catchya on the Flip Side..... | Spread The Virus | The trigger assembly can be a real pain to get back together. If you have difficulty and the VM Empire page doesn't help you.....Send me the Asssembly an I'll put it back together correctly (provided everything is there and in working order) ..Since I've had so many VM's over the years,I can fix those in my sleep.

| Delving into Satinism | I'd post in the WTB section. I'm sure someone would have something floating around. (I hate mailing stuff out, and it might never get to you if I start to look for it.)
