| Rec Poster | Paintball Bazooka? A friend of mine has always wanted to build one. We never really came up with a prototype or anything, it was just something we batted around. Anyone ever think of something like this? Or thought of a way to actually make it?

| There any many, many different ways to make them. The most common is probobly the "dual valve" method. Basically, you get a 7oz tank, ASA, and a cheap LPR (ie WGP Sledgehammer) as your power source. Then buy some 3" plastic pipe rated to handle 150-200psi. Cut a piece to use as the barrel. Cut another peice to use as the dump chamber. Then between the dump and LPR, hook up a ball valve. Then between the dump, and barrel, hook up another ball valve. Turn valve #1 to charge dump. Load barrel. Close valve #1, and open #2. cannon fires. Maybe $5-10 in parts? I made something like that years ago. I also made a "spud gun" paintball bazooka that ran on lighter fluid. Good times. nick

| You could tap for a guage or estimate. I'd put a guage in there. Do some testing in you're back yard or in some woods or something to get optimum range for the field's you'll be playing on. |
