| Endearingly quirky | If a bayonet is mounted to a sissy gun, does it push it into the 'Man Gun' category?

| we met? Bored, We met before at skirmish? What year? Was I using Melody or Chicken Killer - Paintball Equipment Rentals - Second gun down ("Chicken Killer")? If I recall the original man laws also recognizes paintball knife kills. Unfortunately the foam paint knives never really took off in the 80's. | |

| After looking at Smiley's exquisite VM-68 arsenal, I believe Smiley should be refered to as "Lord Smiley" and Lord Smiley should refer to himself in 3rd person if he so chooses to do so. This helps keep the illusion of supperiority. For such a man to walk amongst mear mortals with their lipstick tube Ions and their brightly colored mr. fancy pants, should require such a title. |

| you were using chicken killer, and it was in 2002 I can't remember it if was the first or second day. if it was the second day, I would have been wearing my trademark NUKE AND PAVE shirt. both days I had on old school canvas web gear. And my ghettomag - a minimag with a backbottle setup I remember spotting you with the VM and chatting with you for a few minutes at some point that weekend.

| Lord Smiley? LMAO! Great, give the tourney guys more of a reason to shoot at me. And thank you for the positive encouragement. It's a first Sadly, I am the last of VM-68 wielders (with the many people I play with), at least as weilding one as the primary gun. I'm not saying that people don't own these anymore, but from what I've read and seen, the Vm-68 only comes out on special "for shits and giggles" occassions. It's a shame. You can really shoot far with a VM-68 and at the legal fps limit too. Also, What was really sad was that I refurbished 20 Vm-68s and supplied a crew of 18 for the D-Day 2007 at Skirmish. This was mainly an inside joke between myself and another close friend...To HAVE a Team of "Conventionally" Tricked VM-68s and go and wreak havoc on everyone else. The sad part was that we were the only people with vm-68s there (or at least we could see). We had players walk up to us and say, "Wow! Is that a vm-68? I haven't seen one of those in years." I saw more tippmans and smartparts than anything else. Needless to say, I feel like an old vetran in a new war. Does that make sense? And Bored, I think we did meet then. That was a fun time. Unfortunately, I don't do the big games anymore. Everytime, bad stuff happens or we end up on the short end of the stick and it's just not safe anymore. I'm sorry I didn't connect the dots. Where are you from? | I'm always tempted to buy another. They sell so cheap on Ebay. But whenever I am about to bid, I'm reminded that I used them for nearly all of the 90s. What would I do with it? What could I do that I have not done before? Then I end up spending the money on something else.... Its a gun from a different era. Stacked Tube blowbacks today are "throwaway items". Discarded after a year. nick

| Lord Smiley, I am originally from Baltimore. The '02 Skirmish Big Game was the last one I played. I moved to California in the summer of '04

| * Any colors other than black, grey, siliver, chrome, or raw aluminum are not allowed on a VM-68. In fact all colors outside tranditional military attire are suspect. www.vm68.com: Custom VM-68s Here are some "unmanly" VM's I'd be ashamed to own ![]() ![]()
