Eh, minus the sweet head to toe anno, nothing much else to gaze appon. The drill pressed holes in the side panels is nice and the matching trigger guard holes is a nice detail in continuations in design. Something others would have over looked and this owner took the time in making sure it happened. The protruding valve and side body screw heads, longer tank than stock, and the ungarnished luster of a pipe clamp colar says it's a bit rushed. Also the brass neck feed wasn't patinaed to go with the overall look and feel of a camo. Either shine it to a mirror or patina it so it doesn't look a odd part out on such a sweet anno. Same goes for the brass valve on the tank. It's just the attention to the anno is so nice, that the untouched brass and akward screws messes things up. Yeah I'm a picky {fill in the blank}. Not making message board friends today I guess. I like the added touches of the holes, and the overall meat and classic arrangment is still there; very nice. And like I said the anno is super sweet and we can tell some heavy change was spent on that from head to toe including a secondary barrel. However I think this soley heavily banks on a annodized job. So IMHO overall it's a 7.5 out of 10. I'd give it higher, but I'd hate myself in the morning if new entries came in with snazzier results or some nifty innovation. I'm hoping to see the VM-68 pneumatic rifle to be entered and some of the tommy conversions.

| It's a great looking marker. However, it is well nigh unplayable with that stock on. I know, I have one. It's a painful fact for me as that VM is my best looking one...on the wall. Wearing a mask and attempting to play with it, on the other hand, it doesn't look so good. Nevertheless, a beautiful VM. -Calvin

| RealtorTommyandDerik.jpg Titus and going_home thanks for the votes......and you two have seen it in person... AC, nope won't shine a thing...it's battle worn.... with the camo hopper on the feed neck you don't see it... I will not touch the factory brass Co2 either...old school just like I picked up my first VM many, many years ago.... You also missed the many hours of work that went into the aluminum grip panels. Calvin pull it off the wall man, I use this Vm every two weeks and it will never be a wall hanger...it is very "playable" True there are some very nice VM's and I agree to not start the Victory dance but I'll jump in to the dance off....if you like old school...this is it.

| Rec Poster | I shouldn't even bother lol Man, if you have read my post called My VM then you have seen pictures of mine, nothing special, mostly just internals and a different barrel and home-made rear-cocking. Looking at some of these others I don't think I should even bother. What do you guys think?

What I really like about yours is you went all out on the anno. Not a bare piece of aluminum I can see. It's a mix between the old school splash, but the design says modern camo. And seeing that you take her out to dance and not a display piece gives you extra karma kudos. I see to many VM's on the wall and not on the field. The only brass that shows on mine is the tank valve and I'm looking to use Brass Black on it. My feed port is hidden underneth a part that Calvin pointed me to. It's an all aluminum elbow. Plastic elbows no more.
