| the bolt is matched to the hammer. Hence the maximizer kit. It staggers differently so you cannot use the stock hammer

| I'd like to hear about your results when you get it running. I had a Cooper-T bolt for my pump sniper and it worked great if the ball wasn't already rolling down the barrel before I pulled the trigger. Much harder said than done, because a slight downward tilt the balls were rolling out. Taking my knowledge of flatline barrel and my experience with the Cooper-T better bolt, I took the largest freak insert and roughen a quarter of radius down the length of the insert with sand paper on a dowel. My freak back has a small allen screw to hold the insert in place with the rough side up. That way the insert doesn't come out of alignment. All I need now is a under shot bolt. Which reminds me to call Alamo Paintball. So far with just a coarse strip in the insert the results have been lightly peppered with a few nice a flat trajectory shots. Everything else was the norm. |

| Thats pretty much how the GalaticZ worked. It used a skid-plate. I think most of the airsoft guns that backpin use some variation on the skid-plat technique. I used a cooperT bolt on my VM for nearly all the 90s. It CAN work just as well, if not better then the Flatline, but you just have to make sure the paint is far undersized from the barrel. It needs to freely roll out the barrel. Fluff is right about the hammer. The bolt does not line up with the stock hammer, but I think EvilEd made one fit one? probobly just requires drilling a new hole? nick

| I ended up keeping the bolt and sanded it down a bit and drilled a hole in front of the one already there. You can use the stock hammer and the maximizer with it. There is 2 holes now... You have to sand down right before the new hole a half circle curve sand job to allow the bolt to drop and align with the hammer... Let me tell ya, I dident think that I would see a difference but WOW! A huge difference with my VM... I put it on the VM of the year along with a Armson barrel and I use Marbilizer out of it with stick feed and its the combo for me... |

| I would have thought mixing the armson, and maximizer bolt would make corkscrews?
