Anyone know what that green stuff is that was used to lock the threads of the ASA and upper bolt? It has a sweet smell to it, and almost reminds me of molten hard candy. If that stuff is no longer available, any suggestions as to what to use? I want to be able to get it apart down the road if I have to. Is Loctite Blue overkill? Thanks, --Cap'n

Use blue loctite 242, 262, 2240, they are all easily removable (even red is removable if you are not a weakling)

Purple is lighter than Blue in strength, and is for anti vibration.
