They do exist. I have one. They were made for a very short time by Doc's Machine. He may have made freak backs for a few others as well. I cannot remember. I also got the 2" (1.5?) freak front that he was making at the same time. Oh and get this. I have never used it. I grabbed one up, got a freak insert kit used and then life got in the way. That was 4 or 5 years ago if memory serves. I've got a game on Sunday so I am dusting everything off and I will finally have a chance to give it a try.

Lapco Cocker to VM adapter, so nice. When mounted up you almost cannot see the seem in the inside of the barrel, and could probably bore for inserts too. = custom sizer and almost any barrel.
