Just bought a VM, and I have a few questions...

I tore it apart the minute I got it, of course, and checked it out.

Seals look pretty good, choke adjuster BBs are still in the bolt, adjuster still works ok, the detent is in one piece currently, still working. I replaced the valve seals with some o-rings I had kicking around, and I noticed it's not a stock valve - at least it doesn't have 4 ports in it, just one large one.

Is that an aftermarket valve? Will I have problems with it down the road?

Where can I get seals, apart from PPS? For that matter, what about spare parts?

AND, lastly, it's got the Black Rain EXC setup on it, with a bottomline to a M-16 grip. Is this a good setup for CO2, and where can I get a .45 frame grip block?

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them.”

The Valve O rings are the same for tank orings, those are the easy ones. The valve hole should be fine since you are using the original bolt, that will allow you to adjust velocity.
PPS is prob the most common source for parts including the cup seal.
The exc setup is also fine.

You should be able to use a phantom grip body to get a .45 or any other M16 replacement I think Pearce makes one too.
