Carter VM in Purple project

Howdy all im brand new to the site but not paintball
while out and about i managed to score 2 VM-68
i dont have pics yet but have found a pic of the one online this is it

I bought these in the hopes i was going to get them up and running but they are out of reach due to $ and time

if someone is really interested in the carter please shoot me a PM i will get you some pics of it now as its in non working order it looks like all the purple parts are there but internals may be missing a little it does not shoot in its current condition

the other VM-68 is mostly stock with the blue venturi blot in it.
thanks for your time

I'd be interested to see more pics, but,if your intention is to sell, you need to post in the correct section and post a price.

Very nice, looks to be in decent shape but in need of some help...I'd be interested in a trade or something should you be interested in parting with it

All the Carter VM's have that custom expansion chamber. I was wondering how that attaches to the VM and how it's made. Could someone please tell?

With mine, it was a solid piece of aluminium. and served only as a highly stylized foreward grip. It threaded directly into the same place as the ASA threads.

Not sure at what point they made them into ECs... if ever. But it would make sense to AT LEAST make them hollow, if for no other reason then to LIGHTEN a heavy gun. Plus, all that extra surface area helps a variety of ways.

I've owned 2 carter Vm's (aside from your old gun) and that block was not an EC at all on either of them, was just a milled block of aluminum that slide over a round aluminum shaft that replaces the stock ASA...Was strictly for looks
