It's not a normal set screw. It's a conical grub screw. I'm not sure what size it is or if it's even something you can find at any hardware store. It's the screw on the left side of the picture. I guess the screw kits don't come with that screw.

Well I have managed to get every set screw replaced on my 04 speed from true values Midwest section. Maybe I got lucky.

Like I said, I don't know if your average hardware store would carry them or not. I have extras from buying reg rebuild kits for regs that didn't require a new screw. But the screw in the picture is definitely the one you need for the stock inline reg.
