old school angel questions

How much do they weigh, the led and LCD can run HP right, are parts hard to find for them

Something around 3 LBS I would imagine. Yes they run on HP, you probably don't want LP but you could get away with 600 PSI or so. Parts can be hard to find, but fixmyangel.com has a alot of stuff.

I would argue that parts are technically easy to find with the low resale value of lots of angels. Pick up a 2nd gun for a parts box if your really trying to keep something running.

I run my cobra LCD at 450- or less. Quiet and almost no kick. Parts are easy to find in comparison to newer angels.

I would pick one up, the weight kind of turns me away

i feel the same way about the new guns, so light its a turnoff. Heavier = easier to control/aim

I like old school guns but I had a mini once and loved how light it was, same with the vibe

jptheripper 11-16-2012 03:28 PM

if you love how light a mini is, you will not like the old angels.
