ID this gun?

One of my rental buddies has been trying to buy his own gear for a while and then his brother decided that since he doesn't use his gun anymore my friend could have it.

He has asked that I help him learn how to use it, so I am coming to you guys for some information to start us off.

Anything you can tell me about this gun, from identifying it to online manuals to anything would be very helpful.

As BigOldSchool has already said, it's an IR3.
