Got my first Angel... what the heck is it?

Traded a buddy for it....

Wanna know exactly what i got

I need a charger for it....
Orrrr I need a way to power it (new board?)

Is this the same kind of Angel that was pumped?
Is it as simple as slotting the trapdoor thing, putting the bolt into the other slot (where the battery is housed?) and then making a linkage to push it?

I was never an Angel guy but I wanna say Warped Sportz Dark Angel LCD just in case my opinion is right.

found a charger at radio shack
held a charge for a few min and shot, no idea how to change anything in the board...
but she's a work in progress!

Its a 2k dark. The batteries in these things typically go bad so if it doesnt hold a charge its the battery is probably shot. Your options are to hunt for a replacement battery (expensive and possible another bad one), the cr123 mod (youll have to search for that one), or the pmr board mod (PMR BOARD MOD

Yes this is the type that was pumped. Just slot the breech so the bolt stem goes into the other tube (battery tube). Pull the plug out of the battery tube side in the front of the gun and adapt a pump kit to thread into there. Build the linkage to the pump.

The pmr board mod is the way to go as far as electronics. the solenoid plugs right in and you can run a 9v in the frame eliminating the battery.

Body is 2k dark. CCM feed neck, twisted VRA, and dye single frame. the frame is somewhat rare, you dont see them to often. dont know on the barrel

it had a stock feedneck, but i just happened to have a ccm angel neck layin around

im talkin to sledneckforlife about a board and mounts, but i just got a message from pedropfo about a mount (thats what the title says, need to open it still)

i think i'll end up pumping it

the battery tube doesnt have any airflow, correct?

In the lcd model there is no airflow it's just a battery tube

That is odd.

LCD - 2000 Dark Angel - Warped Sports - Milled by WDP.

However, it would have come with a dual trigger - and someone put on a Single Trigger Dye Frame - and put the board from the Dual inside that.

Then - they took a 'twister' VRA (vertical Regulator adaptor) and a Twister reg and replaced the stock ones (which would have been blue - stock- and look just fine).

The ball detent is also non stock - but Angel Made.

I want to say that the barrel is an ACI 'nitestick'.

I am sure on everything but the barrel.

im happy with the single trigger, its gonna be pumped

gotta figure out how to take the battery out, heck maybe i'll cut it up tonight

It slides out the back after removing the back plate - the bitch is getting the wiring harness back in once you replace it.

Oh - there is a switch that Angel came out with in 2001 installed on it as well.
