sorry. can we back up? can you take pics of what you have done so far?

if you haven't touched the metal around the sensi gasket, then a lot of dow33 around both orings should help. also make sure you have the flashtank and frame on tight when you're testing for leaks... as both help hold that blue plastic piece in place and orings tight.

you would only need to plug with grub screws if you are planning on drilling through the LPR channel.

ok, so from my understanding there is not enough pressure on the pad itself because i also cut a notch in the dm frame ( put the eyes through ) i was super careful when drilling not to go to close to the pad itself so i did not create a break in the seal
alot of pressure shoots out through the pad when gassed up
it was shooting kinda before i did the mod to the dm frame,

note i only used a hand drill thats why the work is so horrid

thats what i was thinking. but I really dont think there is enough metal to drill because the gradient of the battery and Valve chamber tubes are concave up. Im thinking if you went wider and deeper you might rupture from one tube to the next....

just shim it up. say put a couple layers of electrical tape or whatever on the back side of the blue plastic?
