Honestly just guessing by looking at this pic, that lever looks like a pump mag converted to lever action.

The body and lever assembly are built from scratch, pretty baddass

I was lucky enough to get to shoot it once, it was awesome! Very quiet...Only thing I didn't like was the center feed lol.
