Game turn around time is 7 minutes no lie! Once you come off a set of games you better be using your time wisely.
The crowd starts off around 25/30 peeps and maxes out at over 100+ by dusk.
This last Friday was about 85 peeps and a good 60 were pumps when I left.
Games are 7-10 min long depending on the ref. (Fernando rules)
HSP is one of my least favorite parks to frequent but the Friday vibe has done a complete 180.
The home field kids are all pumpers and they are all tough outs.
They know every little crouching spot and will snipe from it.
I wouldn't say they have attitudes. They're good kids.
Look for me most Fridays to be there.

Gilly,
I'm playing regularly at fields of fire and Todd, one of the local refs, said last Friday's game at Hsp was great. I just joined Local Resistance, the home team.

Todd's a great guy. He has the pump spirit.
Which days do you guys usually play at FoF?
This Saturday is Critical Crew Day at CPP.
I'm thinking Friday HSP, Saturday CPP for me.

Funny you should mention pumps. I'm trading my pre2k vortex sniper for his minimag. He didn't show up on Saturday due to Hsp on Fri.

I first met Todd back in 1988 at the old Field of Fury off Lyons ave.

I usually play at fof on Saturdays, but not this weekend.

Ask Tim if he's gonna do the Summer weekday Thursdays again.

because why not...? haven't tested it yet. The intruder grip is supposed to be an expansion chamber, so I'm sure the efficiency is going to suck balls. It's really just a mockup because it looked neat.

That would be ideal since the intruder grip is made for liquid co2. I just tried 12grams a bout 10 minutes ago and it wouldn't create enough pressure to shoot.

Tossed the standard reg on and screwed in a 12 gram. 34 shots at velocity with the 35th shot being the degas. Last time I chronied it was at 295 or so on HPA, no adjustments since then. Perhaps I can squeeze a few more shots toning it down a bit. I'm basing it off of that last time out with it. This just made the T2 a lot more fun for me. I kind of want CCI's reg on there to run it as a vertical stock class, but he made those proprietary to only go on a mount he made .

Here's the next setup:

EDIT: also, I guess since my first setup didn't seem like the hammer was hitting hard enough to make a ball leave, it may still be feasible. Either stronger springs or screwing in the IVG to get the hammer to slap the valve harder since it was setup to run off of the pressure the reg is putting out (300 or so). I'm guessing that the raw 12 gram is putting more pressure on the valve than the hammer can hit it effectively to run a certain way. hmmm.
